Please contact customer service to receive a return authorization number. We will not accept packages in which the RA number is not clearly present on the outside of the package. The RA number is valid for 30 from the date of issue. All packages with expired RA numbers will be refused. Items will not be accepted for credit after 30 days from original invoice. Items returned within 30 days will be credited to the customers credit card less a 15% restocking charge. Shipping charges each way are not subject to credit refund. All items must be return in the original packages to receive full credit.
